WHAT YOU DO?

  • Directly support the Managing Director in identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities and strategic sales activities.
  • Conduct targeted market research, analyzing trends and opportunities alongside senior management.
  • Prepare detailed client profiles for strategic accounts (municipalities, airports, and Romania’s Top 500 construction companies).
  • Initiate and schedule strategic meetings, assessing potential clients' interest in collaboration and solutions provided by DITO.
  • Actively participate in offer preparation, negotiations, and manage client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Represent the company in meetings, gradually assuming responsibility for conducting negotiations independently.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM for monitoring, tracking, and managing sales opportunities and strategic market information.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal departments and external partners to achieve sales and business development objectives.

WHAT YOU NEED?

  • Proven experience in consultative sales, business development, or executive support roles within dynamic business environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills, proactive attitude, and strong capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of providing value-driven conversations with strategic clients.
  • Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written); Hungarian, or German language skills are an advantage.
  • Comfortable and proficient with modern digital tools (HubSpot, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Kanban-based project management).
  • Autonomous worker who progressively takes initiative and responsibility.
  • Results-driven mindset, committed to achieving high standards and performance targets.
  • Valid category B driving license, comfortable with occasional fieldwork.
  • Passion for continuous professional growth and openness towards emerging technologies.
