Executive Assistant - Project Execution & Technical Implementation

WHAT YOU DO?
- Coordinate and support execution teams: Ensure crews have the right people, materials, and equipment to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Visit project sites before launch (airports, highways, city infrastructure) to assess technical requirements and validate execution feasibility.
- Be present on-site when needed, to monitor progress, handle unexpected issues, and maintain direct communication with clients.
- Act as a liaison between sales, technical departments, and field teams – ensuring a clean handover and real-time alignment throughout execution.
- Assist the Managing Director in high-level technical meetings with major partners, proposing practical, field-tested solutions.
- Help design and improve internal execution plans tailored to each project, based on local specifics and DITO’s standards.
- Support reporting, performance tracking, and resource planning using internal tools and systems.
- Contribute to the development of new solutions, suggest improvements, and help evaluate equipment or technical investments.
WHAT YOU NEED?
- Experience in field coordination, site execution, infrastructure works, or technical project assistance.
- Solid organizational and planning skills, able to work under pressure and adapt quickly to on-site changes.
- Technical knowledge in infrastructure, maintenance, or construction – practical experience or educational background.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to build trust with both teams and clients.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Romania (incl. site visits, field inspections, partner meetings).
- Fluent in Romanian and English; Hungarian is an advantage; German is a bonus.
- Category B driving license – required.
- Comfortable with digital tools (MS Office, planning apps, project tracking platforms).
- Interested in innovation, smart infrastructure, and continuous improvement.
